ParannThese terms govern your use of parann.com and cms.parann.com ("the Service"), operated by Parann ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Parann is a hosted content management system that provides API-based content storage and retrieval with Substrate-based access control. The Service allows you to upload, organize, retrieve, and link content through a REST API.
Accounts
Access is controlled via Substrate (SS58) keypairs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys. The administrator of a CMS instance controls which addresses have scribe (write) access.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload through the Service. Parann stores your content and serves it back to you via the API. We do not claim ownership over your data.
By uploading content, you grant Parann a non-exclusive license to store and serve your content as part of the Service's normal operation.
Data portability
The ecosystem is modular. You can move your data between a hosted Parann instance and a private CMS at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade your infrastructure choices without losing access to your content. We do not restrict your ability to retrieve or move your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Store content that violates applicable laws
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for addresses that violate these terms. You can retrieve your data via the API before departing.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parann shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
