ParannParann ("we", "us", "our") operates the parann.com website and the cms.parann.com application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information we collect
Authentication information
Parann uses Substrate (SS58) keypair authentication. We store your public address and session tokens. We do not collect passwords or private keys.
Content
Content you upload through the CMS API is stored in our database, organized by series. You retain control over your data and can retrieve or move it at any time.
Usage data
We collect standard server logs — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and service improvement.

Data ownership and portability
Your content is yours. The ecosystem is modular — you can move your data between a hosted Parann instance and a private CMS at any time. No lock-in, no export requests, no waiting period.
Note: data processed by any third-party infrastructure cannot be fully "unseen" by that provider. Exposure is limited to the period of use.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, infrastructure)
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights
- With your explicit consent
Data retention
Content is retained while your account is active. If you stop using the service, you can retrieve your data via the API before departing. We do not restrict your ability to access or move your own content.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Substrate-based cryptographic authentication, and HTTP security headers. Access tokens are short-lived (1 hour) with 30-day refresh tokens.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management. These are strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
